2025 Dates & Rates

Overview

Camp Six Acres will run June 23rd* – August 15th, 2025
The core time is 9AM – 4PM, but drop off is allowed between 8:45 and 9. 

  • $840 per session is base rate.
  • Temple Shalom members receive 15% off everything
  • Sibling discount: 5% off base-rates only (not extended) (all kids)
  • Multisession discount for 2, 3, 4 sessions: $40, $100, $175
  • Extended hours: (8am dropoff) AM $90/session. PM (5:30pm pick up) $180/session.

 Due to the potential for public schools to run into the week of 6/23-6/27 (if there are enough snow days), combined with a very early Labor Day (and early first day of school), it is possible that there may only be 7 weeks of camp this summer.

To accommodate this situation, our first session will be divided into two, one-week sessions this summer priced at 50% of our 2 week sessions. When you register, you can indicate your interest in session 1a. Families enrolled in session 1b will be guaranteed a space in session 1a if they choose. Should there be remaining spaces, we would open session 1a to those families registered for other sessions who indicated interest in session 1a when registering. We will confirm shortly after registration which campers have a space in session 1a so families can make the rest of their summer plans.

We will know in April if we are able to run session 1a based on the number of snow days in Medford public schools and the districts in which our directors and staff are teaching.

Pricing

  • $840* per session
  • $462* per session for CITs
  • $25 registration fee per camper, non-refundable

    *This summer the 1 week tuition for sessions 1a and 1b is 50% of the 2-week sessions. AM and PM care pricing will also be 50%.


Daily Hours

Regular camp hours provide for a 15 minute drop-off and pick-up window. If you will be late in dropping off, please call the camp office. For earlier drop-off or later pick-up, please see extended day hours below

  • Camp Drop Off: 8:45AM – 9:00AM
  • Camp Day: 9:00AM – 3:45PM
  • Camp Pick Up: 3:45PM – 4:00PM

Extended day is back to support parents who need a few extra hours!

  • Extended Day AM: 8:00AM – 9:00AM – $90 / session (2 weeks) – CIT rate $50 / session
  • Extended Day PM: 4:00PM – 5:30PM — $180 / session (2 weeks) – CIT rate $100 / session


Discounts

Multi-Session Discount — Sign up for more than one session and receive a discount.

  • Two sessions (Four weeks) — $40 Discount
  • Three sessions (Six weeks) — $100 Discount
  • Four sessions (Eight weeks) — $175 Discount
  • Multi-Child Discount — Sign up more than one child to receive a 5% discount on tuition.

Cancellation and Change Policy

For cancellations before June 1, we will provide a refund, less the non-refundable registration fee plus 15% of tuition costs to cover administrative & credit card processing costs.  Alternatively, you may transfer enrollment to any other session. On or after June 1, only transfers to a different session are possible, not refunds. All session transfers are subject to availability. While we will do our best to accommodate change requests, we can not guarantee a session transfer will be possible if you choose to make a change later.
